Hello there!
I am Kristian, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) practicing out of New Jersey. My specialty is working with young adults who struggle with lack of self-identity, life transition, relationship and dating issues which have caused depression, anxiety, insecurity, substance use and a lack of confidence who would benefit from both psychotherapy and life skills coaching. I utilized clinical modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Practices and Life Coaching. My style is eclectic, and the usage of modalities will be personalized to each individual. I possess a positive and effective willingness to work above and beyond to elicit your strengths and talents during our work together. It is imperative as a clinical therapist to help you connect your thoughts, feelings, and actions while empowering every areas of your life.
