and Drug Counselor (LCADC)

Kristian Hunt is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol
and Drug Counselor (LCADC) practicing via telehealth to New Jersey residents at this
time.

Kristian received his Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Kean University then he
received his Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work at Rutgers University. Kristian’s target populations consist of young adults who struggle with low self-esteem, lack of identity, relationship and dating issues who would benefit from both psychotherapy and life skills coaching.

Due to life circumstances and struggles, everyone needs a person to communicate with
that can provide unbiased and objective feedback. This is what makes mental health
therapy important and a necessity. The opportunity to restore and enhance an individual
with more confidence, insight, and motivation. This is what gives me the passion and
motivation to assist those in need to enhance their psychosocial functioning.

“Being able to be your true self is one of the strongest components of good mental health.” Lauren Fogel Mersy
